Information submitted on this website

• Your work email address and the audience you want to reach when you request onboarding.
• Your name, company, enquiry topic and message when you use the contact form.
• Messages you choose to send to Nova AI.
• Basic technical request data processed by our hosting and security infrastructure. The application converts the network address used for public forms and Nova into a one-way hash for abuse-rate counters rather than storing the raw address in its database.

Information used by the Telegram bot

During a privately onboarded deployment, the bot may process the Telegram user identifier, campaign brief, business leads, available contact details, generated drafts, approval state, delivery status and suppression records needed to operate the requested workflow. The current deployment design stores campaign records in the bot's local database on the configured system.

Mailbox access

The customer onboarding path connects the customer's own Gmail or SMTP mailbox for outbound delivery. The credential is stored in the operating system's credential vault, while the bot database stores only a reference. The bot does not read or list inbox messages. A customer can disable the mailbox, stop campaigns or revoke the mailbox credential.

AI and service providers

Campaign briefs and the information needed to draft outreach may be sent to the AI model provider configured for that deployment. Nova sends the recent messages in the current website conversation through our secured backend to Anthropic to generate a reply. Nova conversations are not stored in the Leads Sniper bot database. Hosting, AI, Telegram, lead-data and email providers process only the information needed for their part of the service.

How we use and share information

We use submitted details to answer enquiries, assess product fit, provide onboarding, operate the requested workflow, generate Nova replies and prevent abuse. We do not sell submitted information or use the website forms for unrelated advertising.

Retention and your choices

Website enquiries are kept while reasonably needed to respond and manage onboarding. Product records are retained according to the configured deployment and operational needs. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing hello@leads-sniperai.com.

Cookies and tracking

We are not running advertising trackers or building visitor profiles on this site. We record a small set of anonymous, high-intent actions such as opening Nova, starting a form or submitting an onboarding request so we can improve the site. These records contain the action, language, page and time, not form contents, a visitor identifier or a raw network address. Anonymous website-event records are automatically removed within 90 days. Essential infrastructure may use security cookies to protect traffic and prevent abuse.

Changes

We may update this notice as the product, its infrastructure or onboarding process changes. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
