These terms explain how Leads Sniper AI is offered through private installation and the responsibilities that keep customer outreach controlled, respectful and lawful.
Private, guided service
Leads Sniper AI is an add-on for customers using Leads-Sniper. It is installed and configured through private onboarding, not sold as a public self-service account. A website request is an enquiry only and does not create an account or grant access.
Customer authority is required
The operator owns each campaign decision. The bot may prepare leads and drafts, but the customer reviews the wording and separately confirms every real send. The customer remains responsible for their offer, sender identity, audience and final approval.
Responsible recipient use
Use only contact data that you are entitled to use and communicate only about offers that are relevant to the recipient. Do not use the system for deception, harassment, unlawful marketing, impersonation, bulk spam or messages that violate recipient rights or applicable rules.
Mailbox and domain readiness
Each customer provides and controls their own Gmail or SMTP mailbox. Before a first live campaign, the sending connection must pass a test-to-self and domain authentication check. Sending remains disabled when the mailbox connection or required safeguards are not ready.
Suppression, pause and stop
Unsubscribe and do-not-contact requests must be honored. The customer can pause or stop a campaign at any time. Campaign limits, delivery history and suppression records are used to keep delivery controlled and traceable.
No promised commercial outcome
Lead coverage, usable email availability, deliverability, replies, meetings and revenue vary. Leads Sniper AI improves workflow and control; it does not guarantee a business outcome.
Privacy and changes
